Principal Learning and Development Officer

A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from recognized higher learning institution

A minimum of 6 years of HR experience out of which, two years as Senior Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions   

-Proven experience in Learning and Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Management

-In-depth knowledge of Learning and Development theories, methodologies and best practice

-Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs and performance management system

Senior Learning and Development Officer

Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions   

-Proven experience in Learning and Development, Training facilitation or related roles

-Knowledge of Learning and Development principles and training delivery methodologies

-Proven experience in evaluating Learning and Development program effectiveness through data analysis, feedback collection and reporting

Learning and Development Officer

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions

-Experience in Learning and Development, Training Coordination or related roles

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

-Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment

Senior Human Resource Management Officer 

Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Human Resource Management Officer    

-Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance regulations and employment laws and regulations

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Accounts & Reconciliation Officer

A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance or related field of discipline

Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience as Junior Accounts & Reconciliation Officer /Junior Accountant/ Junior Financial Reporting Officer

Financial Reporting Officer

A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance or related field of discipline

Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience as Junior Financial Reporting Officer or Junior Accountant

-Proven experience in Financial Reporting is mandatory
