A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from recognized higher learning institution |
A minimum of 6 years of HR experience out of which, two years as Senior Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions |
-Proven experience in Learning and Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Management -In-depth knowledge of Learning and Development theories, methodologies and best practice -Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs and performance management system |

Senior Learning and Development Officer |
Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions |
-Proven experience in Learning and Development, Training facilitation or related roles -Knowledge of Learning and Development principles and training delivery methodologies -Proven experience in evaluating Learning and Development program effectiveness through data analysis, feedback collection and reporting |

Learning and Development Officer |
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions |
-Experience in Learning and Development, Training Coordination or related roles -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite -Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment |

Senior Human Resource Management Officer |
Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Human Resource Management Officer |
-Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance regulations and employment laws and regulations -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite |

Accounts & Reconciliation Officer |
A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance or related field of discipline |
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience as Junior Accounts & Reconciliation Officer /Junior Accountant/ Junior Financial Reporting Officer |

Financial Reporting Officer |
A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance or related field of discipline |
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience as Junior Financial Reporting Officer or Junior Accountant |
-Proven experience in Financial Reporting is mandatory |
