EXTENSION OF BID CLOSING & OPENING PERIOD

 3. BID REF. NO. TB/17/2022-23 (SOFTWARE LICENSE AND VIRTUAL DEVICES)

It is to be recalled that Tsehay Bank has invited eligible and experienced Bidders for the captioned IT network and security infrastructure project with separate bid references. With these references, the bank has found it necessary to extend the bid opening & closing period in order to have sufficient time for bidders and the bank as well.

Hence, the bank has extended the bid Opening & Closing times of the two bids respectively as follows;

For Bid Ref. no. TB/13/2022-23 (Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing, and Commissioning of Datacenter network and security infrastructure)

Ø  Bid closing date will be April 20, 2023, at 2:45 PM

Ø  Bid Opening date will be April 20, 2023, at 3:00 PM

For Bid Ref. no. TB/16/2022-23 (Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing, and Commissioning of Datacenter computing and other systems)

Ø  Bid closing date will be April 20, 2023, at 3:30 PM and

Ø  Bid Opening date will be April 20, 2023, at 3:15 PM

For Bid Ref. no. TB/17/2022-23 (Software License and Virtual Devices)

Ø  Bid closing date will be April 20, 2023, at 3:30P M and

Ø  Bid Opening date will be April 20, 2023, at 3:45 PM

Therefore, bidders are required to act in accordance with the adjusted schedule.
