Tsehay Bank S.C. would like to recruit qualified candidates for the

following positions:

S/N	Job Position	Qualifications	Place of Work
1	Senior Customer Service Officer (Full-fledged IFB Branch)	Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field of discipline	Addis Ababa (Kolfe Atena Tera and Furi)
		Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2-year service as Customer Service Officer on IFB Window/Branch. Certification in IFB related trainings is an advantage.
2	Customer Service Officer (Full-fledged IFB Branch)	Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field of discipline
		Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer on IFB Window/Branch. Certification in IFB related trainings is an advantage.

Ø Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale.
