Tsehay Bank S.C. would like to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions:

 

1. Job Position – Principal Learning and Development Officer

Qualification፡- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from recognized higher learning institution.

Experience፡- A minimum of six (6) years of HR experience with at least two (2) years as Senior HRM Officer or Senior Learning and Development Officer.

2. Job Position – Senior Learning and Development Officer

Qualification፡- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from recognized Higher Learning Institution.

Experience፡- Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience with at least two (2) years as HRM Officer or Learning and Development Officer.

3. Job Position – IT Trainee

Qualification፡- A Minimum of BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field of discipline.

Year of Graduation፡- 2023 and 2024.

CGPA: Above 3.25

Experience: Not Required

Additional Requirement: The applicant is required to pass national exit exam.
